I'm leaving in 2 days and staying in a cabin through the 10th. My family is coming down for Jersey week!

I'm also the camping type, but my friends and family are not. Got a good FL resident deal and convinced my brother to stay in a cabin this time. Reserved a golf cart also.

Have been lurking on this board, planning this trip, and am lokking forward to my first ever stay at the Fort. I'm sure it will be one of my favorites trips to WDW.

Hoping for a newly remodeled cabin and will post plenty of pictures when I get back!

Now I only have 7 nights and a wake up until we go!!!!!!

I am done with work today, so I have a whole week to pack and get everything ready. I am a little bummed that we are only staying for 5 days. I wish it was 6. Guess we will have to come back again!!!

I know what you mean we are staying 6 and wish it was 7 . Hope you have a great vacation and maybe we will see each other there!!

We are leaving in 5 days so would be arriving about the same time too. This is our first trip to FW (staying in a cabin also) and second trip to WDW....can't wait. Reading these boards have been really helpful. Thanks to ALL! Just hope we can do all the fun things at FW.

Man, the first time has got to be the most magical thing in the world, and youd think it couldnt get better, but the more you go, the easier you learn to make the trips, the more little insider tips you pick up....the first time should come with a surgeon general warning "Trips to Disney may cause serious addiction leading to unheard of desperation for planning of next trip."

You guys are gonna have a blast.
Hey, I purchased an online book about smart planning and insider tips and stuff...and to my surprise there were alot of GREAT ideas in it. Most of it common sence, but common sence seems to go right out the window when all the hustle and bustle and excitement kicks in. I'd be glad to email you a copy of it if you're interested in it. its called "The Ultimate Disney World Savings Guide" and was written by a former Cast Member/current travel agent Beth Haworth and she gives permission to give it to friends. Its a pretty big PDF file but shouldnt take too long to upload if you or anyone else is interested in it, just let me know and I'd be happy to send it over.
