Online Resort Reservation Help needed!

I've got money burning a hole in my pocket and I want to make a payment on my WDW package that I booked online at Disneyworld.com. After 45 minutes of looking, searching and getting no where I'm about to scream!

I can log in to my account. I can see my reservation details but NO WHERE does it give you any options to make a payment. What am I missing? You used to always be able to make payments online but I'll be darned if I can figure it out on the "new and improved" website!!

Of course the phone lines are closed at this time of night or I would call for help.

Thanks in advance for anyone that can successfully walk me thru this seemingly impossible task!

When you click on My Disney Experience in the upper right hand corner of the page you should get a drop down menu. In that menu is My reservations. Click on that and that should bring up your resort and dining reservations. (sounds like you have found that much) Then you should see your resort reservations. The last line of the resort reservations should be view details. Right above that should be remaining balance and then words make payment that should be clickable.

If you do not see it I suggest you try clearing the cache of your browser and signing in and back out of your account. That could help

I think that method might only work for a package reservation, not a room only, since the remaining balance and option to pay doesn't appear in the details box in my account. I have a room only reservation.

But there is another way to do it that might work, although I didn't try it. If you go back to the drop down menu in the upper right top corner and click on Get Customized maps, it will bring you to the old website. From there you can click on My Reservations. Your list f reservations should appear, resort as well as dining. Click on view details there and you will see the balance and option to pay the balance.

Only packages can be paid online; for room only, you do have to call.

Thanks guys!! Restarted the computer and cleaned out some "stuff" and the payment box showed up!
