online reservations at Cinderella's Castle

I am trying to make reservations at the castle online with a dining plan and it keeps telling me to pay in full. What is this all about? The reason I got the dining plan was because it included character meals. I even put in my vacation confirmation number. What am I doing wrong?

I'm not sure on CRT but for the dinner shows, which are also prepaid, you have to call the dining # (407-WDW-DINE) to make your ADRs. They will ask you for a CC# to hold the reservation but won't actually charge anything unless you don't show up. As long as you show, you will only be charged two TS credits per person.
