I HAVE GOT Nothing....will not work, will not reconize the reservations!!!!!
First of all, I see some 3 and 4 am times posted--the reservation line opens at 6 am Eastern time, correct? I am in Eastern time zone, but want to be sure!
Also, when I go on the site, since I'm too far out (can make res end of the month), I have tried calling up my resort res on the My Vacation site, but it always says that it doesn't recognize that number. I checked with my AAA agent and the Dining site by phone, and I am using the correct number--do you think I will have problems making reservations when my 90 days comes up? Will I have to enter all of my info separately the morning of my 90 days, or is there a chance it will recognize my res number then? Any ideas? Thanks!



Does anyone have a way of contacting Disney tech support for making ADR's online. I am still getting that still E..... error when trying to pull up my reservation. I can only look at the exact 90 day out for any reservations because of this. TIA

I got on exactly at 3am and had no troubles using the online system
you can not make reservations for the Candlelight processinal and garden view tea online yo uhave to call disney dining

Is the 3am opening window a new norm (if we can call anything on this online booking system normal)? Is there a way to confirm? Will make life easier for me if it's true as I'm MST which mean I can start booking at 1am as opposed to getting up at 4am.... it's crazy how worried I am about these ADR's - I just want it over with so I can start focusing on the fun![]()

I am also getting that code!!! Just out of curiosity, I have a Mac, are others with Macs having trouble getting online?
The other thing is that my confirmation number does NOT have 12 digits--I double checked with my AAA agent and Disney, and I do supposedly have the correct number, but it is 8 characters long, begins with a number, followed by 2 letters, followed by 5 numbers. I am entering them without spaces, using caps for the letters, but still getting that error note.
I don't need to make res until the end of Sept, but I am going over NYE so I am worried--do you think it's worth trying to contact that support line? I just don't know what to do.
And now I need to get up at 3am eastern time to try this??? When did they switch it from 6am? I just spoke with a cast member at the dining number 2 weeks ago about my reservation number, and she said the on line system opened at 6???

I got on about 7:30, and had no trouble booking what I wanted, including CRT at 1 pm on 12/14!
I do have a question, if anyone knows--we'll have a TIW card when we eat there;(don't have it yet, didn't activate the APs yet). Will we be able to get a credit for 20% back when we go there to eat?

Disney has the most unprofessional and most unreliable website of any business I have ever known. It is pathetic for a company of their size.
Msft is larger and I work on that site daily. They have fewer problems and they are known for issues with their own products/software.
