I don't know if anyone else is experiencing any technical difficulties with the member site. I tried the different browsers on both our mac and pc. Tried booking online and it froze twice, gave error codes and I ended up calling MS to inform them. MS said they would inform IT. Even tried logging out and back in, but keep getting error codes once I navigate off the home page. :confused3
 
Yep, I tried to get to the "booking a vacation online" tab and it gave me an error message every time. I thought something was wrong with my computer! :( Thanks for calling MS about this problem!
 
Thanks. It's all good though, I made it through booking a reservation and before I could confirm the sit back relax flashing mickeys appeared and would not go to confirmation page. Now all I get is errors. Cookies cleared too. MS says they can see the reservation so they sent me an email confirmation. Thanks for letting me know I wasn't the only one experiencing this.:)
 
Just tried to get to the online reservation system and it gives me a 500 (Internal Server Error) when I click on the link. Hopefully they're working on it.
 

Maybe they are working on the RCI booking tie-in due for release in a couple of days?

They could very well be working on that. But on a positive note, sometimes, after we've weathered these online glitches some nice inventory popped up. Keeping my fingers crossed again, just in case. ;)
 
I didn't have any trouble yesterday, but this morning I am unable to access inventory. Keep getting the 500 Internal Server Error. Oh joy!!!
 
Yes I keep getting the error too. I sent them an email.

Me, too! :thumbsup2 Funny thing though is I can access reservation availability on my iphone. I can even move around the DVC website on the PC, it's just the reservation availability I cannot access. And since I am at work, I cannot download a different browser on the PC.
 
I am getting that error too. Earlier this morning I was able to get into the booking online but when i tried to do it within this past hour, I have been getting the same error message as everyone else.
 
Here is part of the email they sent in response to my email:

booking on DVCMember.com have been brought to the attention of our IT
Partners. They are working on identifying the cause so that they can
correct these challenges as quickly as possible. We do appreciate your
continued patience as we hope to have this resolved soon.

In the meantime, we invite you to contact Member Services to complete
your request.

I too was able to go on through iphone but had the same error message at work earlier.
 
Does anyone else have the 'Site Down for Maintenance' showing on the member site, or is it just me? IT sent me an email to clear my cookies a few minutes ago and now this appeared?

According to my source, they are installing survey software. Should be back up soon if that's the cause.

:thanks: It's been down for three days now. They've asked me to send over screen shots of the error messages to help resolve the problem. Really?
 
I just logged on to the member site with no problems. Went to the vacation planning site and was able to search to my heart's content. I used Chrome on Windows.
 
Thanks for letting me know. Chrome and Safari work on my iphone but the browsers on my mac and pc are show site down for maintenance.
