Same thing here, except for the 10 minutes part. I'll be singing "I'm walking right down the middle of Main Street USA" for days now!
The whole call took 31 minutes - 20 minutes on hold, time with the CM to make 3 ADRs and then I did the survey after. The CM I spoke with was great, though.
I didn't even think to take the survey - but I kind of wish I had. I called just after 7PM (couldn't do it any earlier because of work, but I was up at 5AM trying online.) I was told there was about a 25 minute wait, which proved to be accurate. Got a wonderful CM named Jessica and I think she was surprised when I asked her how her day had been! She wasn't complaining and said I picked a great time to call - everything was working well. Got all my first choices for a long weekend in March - right around our preferred dinner time of 7PM. I have to say that once I got thru, it was one of the most productive and pleasant ADR calls I've ever made. We only recently started travelling to Disney and I never dealt with the 180 day advance timeline. I think this will prove to be a big advantage for us DVC'ers who book our trips 11 months out.
