Is it true when you do the online check-in Disney block 1,500 on your cc???

No. They don't put a hold for any amount on your credit card. They put your credit card number on file. You may be referring to the charge limit that the resorts have. If you charge purchases to you room and that total reaches the resorts limit - it used to be $1500 but it may have been increased - then they charge your card at that point, zero out your account balance and allow you to continue making purchases.

But they don't put a hold on your card.
