Online Check In

I've never done online check-in before, but tried it today. I have a question about when you put in the Add Room and Amenity Requests. I selected: large balcony and upper floor, then checked arriving early. When I hit done, the screen says Room Requests: Upper Floor and Large Balcony, Amenity Requests: None Selected. So what does the "None Selected" mean because there were no other choices to select.

It means you didn't select a pack-n-play. That's the only amenity I know of.

There was nowhere on the screen to select a pack-n-plan or anything else other than the choices for upper floor, lower floor, ground floor, large balcony.

Maybe they removed that option. Either way you're good to go.
