Online check in

Hi! Last year I didn't see a separate line at check in (main building inside)for those who have done online check in even though we had done it before arrival and it still took us over 40 min to check in. Just wondering if there is a separate line for those who have done the online check in or is that just not at FW? Would like to get through there and relax as quickly as possible after driving 13.5 hours straight through! Thanks!!!

Have never seen a separate line for online check in. We have gone both routes - online check in and resort check in - they have both been about the same time wise. We really have not noticed any difference in our outcomes - others may have.
Have almost always over the years gotten our initial requests.

Sad to report we stayed there in January and I did online check-in. They weren't really busy but it still took me about 45 minutes to get checked in. I've not ever had online check-in save me any time to date.

Both times we were directed to a separate line. Longest took 30 minutes, but most of that was due to my assigned site not being ready and me looking through the available sites to decide where we would be.

Not sure why. Security guard asked me both times if we had done online checkin and directed us to a specific line. In 2012 it was the first line to the left of checkin, last year it was first lane to the right.

We have done online checkin twice and went thru checkin in about 15 minutes. Could it be the time of the year? Since we are empty nesters, school holidays do not effect our travel plans. We are here now and the place is very slow.

I always do early check-in online.

When I've stayed in the trailer/rv lanes outside, it was no real advantage except once I got to a CM after waiting (I always seem to choose a slow line ) my time at the window was brief. The few times I've parked and gone inside it seemed like the right most window was screening people who had done on-line checkin. It might be cabin bias but we moved thru the line faster than if I'd gotten into the regular inside queue for the next available CM.

I will keep doing it. Figure it can't hurt.

We have done online check in twice and still gone through what seems to be a long process in the rv lanes. The cast members are friendly and all but I feel like they talk waaay too much. This last check in could have been 25 minutes shorter if the cast member stopped telling jokes and stories. Again, I'm all for the hospitality but after a long drive I just want to get to my site and set up.
