What can you do at online check-in. For example, if we have an extra person joining us (turning our party of 3 into a party of 4) can we add them at online check-in or do we need to call? Thanks.

You will need to call reservations to add a person to your room. That is a reservations change, and may result in additional fees.

On line check-in only expedites your room requests (near transportation, away from elevator, etc) and keeps your time at the front desk to a minimum.

Online check-in is really pre-registration. All you are doing is indicating a time of arrival and a credit card to use on your account.

If you add a person now, they will have to be on your package in order to add them. If you are in room-only, you will incur the extra adult charge per night, if they are over 18.

If you add them at check-in, you will only pay for the nights they are at the resort, and they don't have to be on the same package as you all are.
