Both times we have done Online Check-in there was a place to make room requests, but both times there was not a place to put in the room request. Just boxes to cancel or save. What am I doing wrong? Is the room request something I need to do with MS. By the way we enjoyed using the Online Check-in the first time and hope we have a good time using it this time when we visit BLT in 8 days.

I talked to a DVC rep about it and they said that there were issues with the site. I gave my requests to the CM that I talked to. Hopefully that will get me close to the view I want. Never did the on-line check in before. This is our first stay using our BLT DVC. We usually stay concierge level at The GF. They always made it super easy to check in at the resort. I hope on-line check in really does speed up the process.

Room Requests for DVC stays need to be made with MS and noted on the reservation. The on-line check-in process was designed for cash rooms thru Disney's Central Reservations and only those have access to the requests.
