Online check in worry at SSR

hi all. Every time my daughter tries to do online checkin for her upcoming stay at SSR it gives room location options for OKW?? She has phoned and confirmed that she has booked Saratoga and they said all was correct and to try again in a couple of days. We she did and while her reservation is definitely SSR the online check in form seems to be for OKW. Has this happened to anyone else. She doesn't get in to Orlando until really late at night and really doesn't want to be told they've booked her into the wrong resort. Are we worrying about nothing? Any advice greatly appreciated. Thanks

So, is she getting options like 'turtle pond', 'near hospitality house' etc? if they have confirmed she is definitely at SSR, I am not sure there is a lot else that can be done at this stage. Online check-in is not necessary anyway, and we have found it really doesn't speed things up that much either.

Yes that's exactly what she's getting. She's just worried that she will arrive at 11pm and they won't have a room. It's her and her husbands 1st wedding anniversary and belated honeymoon and they have been looking forward to it for so long. I keep telling her it will be
Fine I'm sure they'll find them a room but she really doesn't fancy okw. You don't think they could move them to OKW instead of SSR?
