Online Check-In Reference Sheet

I took all of the advice given by @Doingitagain in the "What do I need for online check in?" thread and put it together into a fillable PDF. I thought others might be able to use it.

This looks so nice! Just FYI, there is a small typo in the section about getting an error. It says:
"click SAVE and move one." Do you mean move on? Or do you mean you have to move one of something? I've never had an error so I wouldn't know what to do.
