Online check-in question

Hello,

Our visit begins in 9 days and when I went to the online check in link I wanted tro request a certain room location. We had reserved an Arusha view, Bunk Bed room but when I clicked the request link I was given an opportunity to request an...Arusha savannah view.

Is there a chance we won't get the room we reserved?
A bunk bed...or 3 beds is necessary with the mix of family and friends on this trip and the Arusha view, bunk bed rooms were priced significantly higher than a standard room.

Is there a way to request room locations (close to lobby, particular floor, etc...) at online check in?

The best way to make room requests is to call the main reservations line and have them add your request(s) to your reservation. If you booked a certain category/type of room, chances are you will get it.
