Online check-in problem

Anyone received this message when trying to do the online check-in ?

"The information provided does not match our records. Please try again or call (407) W-DISNEY or (407) 934-7639. If you are under 18 years of age, you must have your parent or guardian's permission to dial this number."

I have 2 ressie and 1 went thru, but my VB ressie keeps getting this message.

I called MS and everything looks fine, but MS has no idea why it's not going thrul. I didn't even input anything.... I just click on the "enter online check in" button, wait a bit, and then the message came up. I assume online check-in is available at VB since there is a button to click.

Yes - we just got back from VB and used online check in -- no problems at all. We had made two requests on our reservation - building preference (12 or 15) and top floor. When I used online check in the only request available on the system was for ground floor, so I ignored that and completed the check in. When we arrived, our room was in building 12 on the top floor -- it was on the side, but still a lovely room. Have a great time!!

You can only use online check-in within a certain amount of days before your actual check-in date. I want to say 10 days, but I'm not certain. This may be one reason its happening.

My ressie is for this coming saturday and also have another ressie at BWV. I was able to do it for the BWV , but not VB. I'm thinking maybe it as to do with my waitlist coming thru. I had reservation for studio and waitlist for 1 br. Waitlist came thru few weeks ago.

Have you tried again recently? I was able to do online check-in for my VB reservation earlier today.
