Online check-in issue - room location requests

As I am at my 60-day mark (yippee!), I went to do my online check-in today. for my Room Location Requests, I selected "Near Transportation" and "Highest Floor," but MDE shows "Lake View" for option 1 and nothing for option 2. I've tried re-selecting several times, using three different browsers, but no matter what, I only get Lake View. Can anyone advise on how I can get my actual selections to appear???
 
Yeah this has been an issue for awhile now unfortunately. Someone posted a couple of months back that they called Disney to ask about it and the CM could see both selections on their end. You can also call Disney and give them your requests over the phone for them to put on your reservation, to give yourself peace of mind! :)
 
18 days and I keep getting an error with online check in:stir:
 
Mine has repeatedly had nothing for 1st choice and Highest Floor for 2nd. I guess I'll see what's available when I get there.

Best to fax the room requests direct to the resort, or call in your requests. The time to phone or fax your requests is about a week prior to arrival.
 
Well, I guess I'm glad I'm not the only one! I'll try to call soon, thanks for the tips!...
