Online Check In....how does it work?

If I do the online check in how does it work once I get to the resort? Is there a seperate line to collect our keys and things? Is it worth doing the online check in? TIA

Yes there is a seperate line and it was much shorter. Online check in was a breeze you just give your name and show ID at the resort and the packet was all ready.

I have a question about online check-in also - does doing this eliminate talking to someone and requesting things such as rails for the beds? Is on-line check-in better for people that don't have any special requests/needs?

I think you'll be able to still request those things when you pick up your packet at the online check in desk.
