online check in done but...

while doing the check in the room request portion would not work. it popped up but would not work so i could not type any request. i already have a room request on my original reservation. should i do something else to make sure they receive the request. thanks for any help. first time doing online check in

The last I heard there were only “pre determined” (created by DVC) requests available and trying to use the online request cancelled any prior requests so you might want to call and make sure your original requests are still in place

I looked into this for my last trip...You are supposed to make your room requests with MS not online...You should call them if you have not done so already...So there is no option for us online.

FYI: IF you are the dining plan...You must pay for that when you check-in...Also no option for us to do that online

I thought this was kinda strange actually. Are the requests of "ground floor" an "close to transporation", the most common? They weren't for me, so I e-mailed MS to make sure I had my requests noted on the reservation.

Can you do the online check-in if you are going to pay for the dining plan when you arrive..also wondering I brought my park tickets and would like to add them to my room key...can all that be done even if I do online check-in?...just wondering if I still will have to go through regular check-in to do that..thanking you in advance!

You CAN check-in online and pay for your plan when you get there...It just takes a few extra minutes at check-in when you arrive at the resort...And you can add your tickets to your room key when you get there but that means them print new keys and will again take a few extra minutes.
