We did the online check-in about a week ago to put in our two room preferences. We are now exactly 20 days to our arrival on property. We were discussing it over the weekend and I had gone into the My Plans to adjust one of our preferences. Now where the 'start check-in' was it says

It's said that for at least three days now.
I'm wondering if this is normal? After you've entered your preferences it's locked? Or after you pass a certain number of days you can no longer access your online check-in details?
Has anyone seen or dealt with this before?
It's not important enough that we intend to call (long-distance fees). We're just curious how this works. Or if it's normal/expected.
