Online check-in but need changes....

I was planning on doing the online check-in for our upcoming trip..however, we wanted to have room charge capabilities only on mine and my husband's room key. Would this cause issues if we do online check-in? Will it be time consuming to change the room keys? I don't want to hold up the line! Also to note, 1/2 of our party won't be arriving until later in the day. Thanks.

I'm doing the same thing. Just do online check in and then make the change at time of check in.
