I am trying to check us in this morning and also trying to add room requests. We are booked for a Waterview. The drop-down is only giving me a choice of Cabanas, no other choices are available. Is that normal? I ok with it as that is what I wanted to request anyway, but I assumed that Ranchos would be an option too? Also, the second drop-down only shows highest floor and upper floor. Isn't that the same thing in the Cabana section?
