I recently purchased a coat for my daughter from the Aeropostale web site. My daughter did not like it, and when I tried to return to the store today, I was told that since I paid with PAYPAL, the could only give me a store credit. Now...I never shop at this store, have no use for a store credit and expected the account that I used to purchase the items to receive the credit. I escalated to the manager, who was useless.
I was told to contact the toll free # customer service, which was NO help to me. The only other option, was for me to pay the return shipping and get the Paypal credit. Why the heck would I pay $12 postage??? Insane.
Let's just say...I now know why I do not shop at this store.
I have shopped on line with other merchants, using Paypal, and always get a credit back to the account.
