No wait I was first picked up, did not get music. Doing good, just a little shifting.

Yes you can. I was so excited I got Le Cellier that I forgot to add it to that ADR. The CM on the phone was able to add it.

I've been listening to music while on hold for 35mins (est waiting time of 30m) and then all of a sudden the music stops....I think a CM is going to pick up, but it's been silence ever since...like 10m now. Was I disconnected? Did anyone have this happen and have a CM still pick up a bit later?

by going online you have access earlier because you can 'get in' at 6am, as opposed to calling at 7am. For most people online is a breeze, everything works like it's suppose to and for other people there's some kind of glitch..like this morning someone put in their info and their +10 didn't come up. But if it works it's awesome. I had everything I wanted (almmost) by about 6:20 this morning. Some people say they prefer calling in so that the CM can give them a few possibilities at once instead of having to "modify search" constantly when you're doing it online if what you want isn't available your first try.

Now I called back and am told it'll be a 5m wait. we'll see......

They picked up right away and booked the Wonderland Tea Party for the date I wanted PLUS.......I couldn't get Tusker House for an 8am breakfast when I was online but when the CM asked if he could do anything else for me I asked if he could check it out for me....he found one!! I'll get to do TH at 8am on the day I wanted!!!!

I'm so happy I could just pee my pants!!!

I am finished, did pretty good, moved a few things around. I still can not get the plus 10 to work, my ressie is there, the calendar will not open up for me so I had to call.I will post later what I got, I leave for church in 25 minutes and haven't started getting ready yet or gotten anyone else up

I haven't tried the new online system yet as our 90 +10 point is a few weeks off, but from what I've read you need to input your reservation # to make those +10 reservations. We book through AAA and every single time we've spoken with a CM to make ADR's in the past, they never have access to our reservation. So, unless they've changed the system, there's no way it is going to work for me. Yes, we are staying onsite, but it sounds like calling is going to be more effective. Has anyone else that books through AAA had success with the new online system?

I just wanted to mention you should be able to have your AAA travel agent make your ADRs. We always prefer to do it ourselves, and when we called Disney they were able to look up our reservation with our name/address, but you're right, I don't know if you could do that with the online ADR system.

Hi - I made my 90 +10 reservations online using my AAA reservation. I have also been able to odify the reservations as well. It takes a minute though to retrieve the information.

You should have no problems.Disney fixed the glitch so AAA pkgs can now use the online 90+10
