Well it can't even find my reservation.
I keep getting My Disney Vacation error!

I keep getting My Disney Vacation error!
When you are actually to your 90 days, it will let you book out for your +10 days. So, when you retrieve your resort reservation tomorrow, it will "unlock" those extra days for you to book your ADRs.
Nope. Not working. I've even signed in and out twice! Dang! I'm soo peeved!!!!!!!!!!
Weird thing too....how on earth was I able to snag a 7:05 dinner at LeCellier for the 17th anyways???? This is one that I had planned on night #8 as I know how hard it is to get this place. People have been able to book the 17th (using the +10) for ages now. I'm confused!![]()
Question (late,now..sorry):
Did you click the "retrieve my reservation" link under one of the restaurants, or are you relying on the "My Disney vacation" link to provide your resort info when you're logged in?
My suggestion:
Log out, and just use the "retrieve my reservation" link, under the first restaurant you want an ADR for (just above the date select area) to enter your ressie # and confirmation. See if that works in bringing up your ressie.
did you guys book with a travel agent? the TA reservation numbers haven't been working.

Anyway, after poking around for awhile, the Tech Support CM suggested I try clearing my cookies and transferred me to Guest Services. The CM there advised me to get a hold of Tech Support! I got the distinct impression that they have no idea what the problem is.
When you enter your ressie, EXACTLY what is the error message you're getting? You'll see it at the top of the page...
With CRO ressies, it SHOULDN'T be the phone number match that's the problem. Those phone numbers seem to be transferring fine. Only with DVC (and maybe with TA..but the TA's may just not be using the customer phone # when making the ressie) ressies does it seem to be the phone number.
When I click the Retrieve Your Reservation link on the dining page & enter my resort confirmation number and phone number, I get a message that says The reservation(s) you were trying to retrieve cannot be found. Please check that the information you provided is correct.
As I mentioned before, my resort ressie isnt a DVC or TA ressie and it does pull up on the My Disney Vacation page. Ive tried it when Im logged in and logged out with no luck. Every Dining/Central Reservation/Guest Services/Tech Support CM Ive spoken to has told me that the information Im entering is correct and that it should work.
So it seems like there is a glitch somewhere in the system that is bigger than just a phone number issue. And since they have no idea what the problem is, it also appears that Ill be calling in to make my ADRs!![]()
Did you click on retrieve reservation just above the date?
I was able to get all of my ADRs at close to the times I wanted, I only had to call for Tea at the Garden View Lounge since they don't have a reservation box for it. Here are my ADRs:

3. 9/20 - Yak & Yeti
