Has this been fixed? My 180 day mark is tomorrow morning and I am trying to prepare :)

I don't think so, just call Member Services in the morning, they can book 180+10 for you.

Thanks Chuck!
I know MS opens at 9:00. Can someone confirm what time you can make ADRs online (is it 6:00) and what time you can call the ADR line (is it 7:00?).

If I can't do online, I think I would rather call the ADR line if it opens at 7:00.

Online won't work, call the Disney Dining line at 7 a.m. I did this last month and got all the restaurants and times I wanted. Good luck tomorrow! :goodvibes

Hey Sammie. . .got any insight or a guess why this has not been fixed yet? I believe this has been an issue well over 6 months now.

I am going to preface my comments by saying I know NOTHING about IT and how complicated it may be to fix a problem like this. With that said, the time that the online system has been "down" for members seems unreasonable.
Yes, I was able to call this morning and get all the reservations that I wanted, however, having used the online ADR system for my meal reservations prior to the upgrade I can tell you that it is a nice feature. I hope that this issue is resolved soon!!!

ugh...mines coming up in June! I heard that people were also having problems giving their ressie number to the ADR phone line and them pulling up their reservation and needing to wait until 9am to call MS. Sounds like this is now fixed?

BTW Goldenears, where are you in NH? I live in the upper valley! Saw a car the other day with a DVC sticker on it at the DHMC parking garage :thumbsup2

IT is not Disney's strong suit. The CRO and DVC reservation systems don't communicate well. For example, if you have a BWV preferred or boardwalk view reservation, it shows as standard view on the CRO system.

My April 28 to May 4 vacation is still showing as "upcoming" on disneyworld.com, along with "28 days until my vacation". :confused3

it does that if you don't log out and log back in

I had no problems doing online ADRs for our vacation in June just a couple of weeks ago. Just followed the link from my reservation in the online booking system.

Same with me, I often get confused when I read some of these threads about problems booking ADRs, I'm wondering if I'm doing something wrong!!

Last night, I logged into the member website, went to vacation centre, then clicked the book dining option...it took me straight to the dining site and I booked a 3:30pm reservation at the T-rex restaurant for our August trip with no problem. It didn't even ask me to input a reservation number.

Also booked a character lunch at AK for the same trip a couple weeks before with no issues.

Because you were well within the 180 days. Its the 180+10 that is giving people issues. The dining system does not recognize DVC reservations at all, but once you are within 180 days, it doesn't matter if you have a reservation number.

What the posters that are reporting problems are referring to are ADRs made at 180+10 days. Basically you can book up to 10 days of ADRs at exactly 180 days from your arrival date. If you book anytime after the 180+10 window, you probably will not see any glitch in the online system. I know I was able to get every ADR I wanted, within 30 minutes of my desired seating time, using the online system about 4 months prior to arrival for my trip next week.

Okay that makes sense! Good thing I don't plan that far out in advance!

The problem is if you are trying to book at your 180+10 date. Anyone can go online and book at exactly 180 days or less without out without a problem.

Pequele...we are in the seacoast area :). Always nice to know there are other Disney fanatics close by!

The glitch has been fixed according to DVC. Hopefully tomorrow someone will be able to get in and make sure.
