Online ADRs for DVC Members -UPDATE-Problem Solved!!!

This is a problem they are still working on. For some reason it just picks a name from the list of those on the reservations. It will be ok.

By any chance does her name come before yours alphabetically.

I tried to make ADRs for Thanksgiving week and, of course, it doesn't work. Currently, I've been on the phone now for about 20 minutes with MS and they can't make the reservation. Third time I've been put on hold waiting for the manager to "fix" the problem.

Why can't DVC provide competent IT services. IT problems take way too long to get fixed. Since we are "captive" customers they know we are coming back and don't care about service.:(

Oh no... that is not what I was hoping to hear! We are able to make our ressies at the end of the week and I was hoping that it would be all fixed and easy!:scared:
 
I was able to make 4 days of adrs for Thanksgiving week for our grand gathering of 14 online without a hitch. We are staying at AKV, arriving on Nov 16. I was able to get Ohana's, SciFi, Via Napoli and Tusker House. We are doing Thanksgiving day at Universal, so don't know if Thanksgiving Day is a problem or not.
 

We are arriving on Sunday, Nov 18th and yesterday was my 180th day. I made an ADR for our arrival date. When I tried to make it for the next date, i was prompted to give them my DVC Reservation number for the 180 day + 10. I typed it in but received an error message. I then noticed that I had to type in my reservation number and my arrival date. Doesn't my reservation number give them my arrival date -- anyway, once I put in my arrival date, I was golden and made reservations for the rest of the week. I was disappointed that I did not get Liberty Tree Tavern for Thanksgiving. I did get Le Cellier for Thanksgving instead.

It's not working for me. We arrive Friday, December 7th, and today is our 180 day mark. Could only book for our first day online. Had to call MS to do the rest.

Please email your info to Member Satisfcation, since the fix, you are the only one on here, we have seen having any problems.
 
Thank goodness it is fixed. I made my ADRs this morning for my whole vacation (Dec. 8 - Dec. 15), no problems, and got everything I wanted. I went online at 6am and was finished at 6:20.

It is so annoying, because it clearly shows my reservation when I log in. Then when I tried to make a PS reservation for anything past 180 days, it asks me to log in again, which I do, then it asks me for my reservation number, which I put in, then I get that error message.
 
Okay, what's even crazier is that I logged out on the disney.go site, then relogged in, and my VWL reservation showed up, with all my dining reservations that I made by phone yesterday. Prior to me logging out, it only showed my VWL reservation, but no dining. I thought, "oh great, it's fixed, let me book a few more dining reservations"! Nope, I ended up getting the same error message.:confused3 Called DVC back to make the rest of my dining reservations.

I wonder, does it make a difference if you book dining reservations through dvcmember.com as opposed to waltdisneyworld.com? Anyone have info on this?

I made mine on disneyworld.com
 
Had no problems yesterday with 180+10. Used disneyworld.com.

No, because when you book through the member site, it simply redirects to the Disney World dining page. Since the fix, Teresa seems to be the only one having problems, which I know makes her frustrated but seems to imply there is a problem on her end instead of the problem with the site which has been fixed.

I know some have problems with the DVC site, and others never.
