Online ADRs ~ 3am or 6am?

I've heard conflicting reports here. Does the online ADRs begin at 3am or 6am each morning?
 
When we booked 3 months ago, it was 3 a.m. EST. BUT- it might have changed more recently, with all the other changes going on.
