Online ADR System not working?

For a few days now I've been trying to make ADRs online and the system doesn't seem to be working. I input all my information (I've tried going in under my Disney.com screenname and under my package reservation information), choose the restaurant, the number of guests, the time, and hit "submit." Then the system begins searching, but never stops. It's very frustrating when you're used to booking ADRs this way! I know you can call and talk to the automated system, or a human being, but I'm looking to switch around a few pre-existing ADRs and I can stay more organized if I can do it myself online.
Is this happening to anyone else?

I made a reservation this morning without a problem. There is a thread that some are having problems with the new update to Firefox. I believe??

I had problems with Firefox, Internet Explorer browser worked fine.

There's a bug with something between FF5 and the Disney website. Try going to Chrome or IE for now until they get it sorted out.

Don't actually know whose side the issue is on, could be shoddy programming by Disney that got deprecated in FF5, or could be an engine problem from Mozilla. Either way, same result on this end and it's recommended to either downgrade Firefox or switch to IE/Chrome for ADRs for the time being.

Glad I saw this thread. I am also having problems and am using the new firefox.

I just tried Safari.. no go. I guess I will have to download Google Chrome or IE.

I use chrome and it's not working for me today. I got some done but then can't do anything new. But the critical ones I did first and got what we wanted. Guess it doesn't matter to wait and see a day for the others.
