Online: 6 am at 180 days. Walk me through it, please.

Tomorrow morning marks 180 days. I plan on being at my computer at 6 am eastern. When I log onto the wdw website with our reservation number, what do I do first? Should I try for what I think will be the toughest spot to get? Do I have to start with the first day? Your help is much appreciated.
