I too am mega excited because I pre-booked my seats and a vege meal for DH for next year! DH doesn't get as excited as me until nearer the time either but I have waves of it coming over me all the time. Even when adverts for Disneyland Paris come on the TV I go all excited!!!!

I have those waves too! I was carving pumpkins with the kids today, thinking 'We won't be doing this next year and they have NO idea!!'
We are keeping it a secret from our kids too until Christmas so I feel your pain!!
Wow I just realised it's your first wdw trip! Newaflash... If you liked Paris, just wait until Florida...
you will have the most amazing time - the biggest tip i can offer you is plan plan plan - try and have a loose itinery for each day and research the rides for height restrictions (don't know the age of your kids), don't want them disappointed if you big up a ride and they can't get on it. Try and get a copy of Unofficial Guide to Walt Disney World (the library usually stock one)and get loads of tips from this site. It's great to get up each day at Disney and know what you are going to be doing that day rather than wasting vacation time. The Brit Guide to WDW is also good. I'm really excited for you and we're not returning for another 4 years (hopefully if DH gets work)! happy planning
