I didn't know if anyone else had seen this program but they take your old running shoes and recycle them to needy countries. It is a really good cause. You can send your old running shoes to: One World Running, PO Box 2223, Boulder, CO 80306 and they will clean and recycle your sneaks to a great cause.

It's such a great idea. I have a really hard time parting with my old shoes, but I have to do something. Half my closet is taken up with running shoes. If I send off my old ones, I won't feel so bad filling up the space with new ones.
