One way out of Florida specials?

Which rental car agency(ies) have the one way out of Florida specials in the spring? Just want to keep a look out for them

We used Alamo. We picked rental car up at Tampa Airport and returned to Manchester Airport 10 days later. Was simple and easy and NO extra drop off charges.

Was that in the spring or any time of year? - just looking at a booking for my time frame it has a 300.00 drop fee on Alamo.

Would be spring - when they need to get cars north for summer vacations.
