We are thinking of flying into Sanford and will need to get to WDW. We did this a couple of years ago and found a deal for $45 using a code from Canada Air or something like that even though we didn't fly from Canada. I can't find any codes or deals and wonder if any of you have any places I could look. National and Alamo are the only companies we can rent from so we can drop it off at the Car Care Center. Right now they want $145-$155 for basically a 1 hour rental. I'm not paying that much. Thanks for all your help.

What are your vacation dates?
Usually you will see rate drops as you get closer to your departure date.
I'm assuming that you will need a return rental also? Have you considered keeping the rental for the whole week (or length of stay), sometimes you can find great rates on weekly rentals and most discount codes need a Saturday night stay so you can typically add an extra discount $20-$30 off a weekly rental.
This way you will not be restricted to just Alamo/National on a round trip rental, all rental agencies could be searched for a great rate.
The added bonus here would be that you will have transportation if you want to do anything that Disney transportation doesn't allow for (grocery run, trip to the Outlet Mall, day at a non-Disney park - Universal, Seaworld etc, or maybe just a nice relaxing day at the beach)

FYI: we are flying into SFB on January 30/16 and have a 10 day rental booked for a Full-Size from Alamo using the Costco code and $20 Entertainment coupon for a total of $142.87 incl taxes. This originally started much higher, when I began looking in Sept 2015 we were looking just over $300 for this same rental. With 3 weeks to go, I still check prices daily incase the price drops again.

ADVICE: Book what you can afford now and check frequently, re-booking as prices drop (don't forget to cancel the old rezzie AFTER booking the new lower price).

Wow, that is a great deal. I forgot about the dates. We are planning on going in June. I am not 100% sure since my wife found the cheap flights last night. We were not planning a trip because we saw flights that were too expensive at the end of the fall season for this upcoming summer. We may or may not need a return trip because we have family that will be down there to take us back, possibly. This is still up in the air. Lot's of ifs right now. I never thought about Costco, we are planning on joining when they convert to Visa from AE. I assume you can book your car rental and if you see it lower then call and adjust the price or just cancel and rebook?

I did see on Mousesavers the coupons they have and it lowered the cost down to $65 one way but if it is only $1?? for the week then I'd take that deal as well. Thanks for your help.

If you decide on the one-way, I would consider keeping the car for the full 24 hours.
The price will be the same whether you rent for an hour or the whole day.
This would give you time for a grocery run and maybe an off-site meal.
Just a thought...

Just did a trial reservation with Alamo using Vegas Brasil code 7016427 and $15 off code AD8981AAL
I just picked a random date in June, picked June 18 - 25, total for a Compact came to $138 with taxes
The 1 day one way to CCC using the Vegas Brasil code gives $36 taxes incl. for Compact.

Also try different drop off places we have found LBV Palace the best rate. And very easy to drop off.
