One way Hire Car Charges

I'm hiring a car from Dollar, pick up Orlando MCO to Cape Canaveral and then in revearse after our cruise.

From what I have read, there will be a paid locally charge. Has anyone paid this and got any idea what the cost will be? I have looked on USRentacar's website and it says it is usually $50, although not applicable in Florida

We weren't charged a one-way charge when we did the same thing in October. I have heard that some companies will charge a one-way charge but Dollar definitely don't for the scenario you are describing.

I recently asked exactly this question of USRentacar for our upcoming cruise, and they assured me there were no one-way fees in cases such as this.

As said, there are no one-way rental fees if starting and ending your rental in Florida.
