One way from hotel to airport for $40 Memorial Day Week??

I got a rate from FLTOURS of $40 one way from Marriott Grande Vista to the airport for 5/28 at 6am. (My sister and her son are leaving at the crack of dawn and I am too lazy to get out of bed to bring them to the airport...)

I am a little concerned about the pick up time, but they didn't seem to have any concerns with the early pickup. Also, I have never used FLTOURS before.

Thoughts? Suggestions? Rate sound ok? Thanks!
