One time use points and transfer question

If I purchase the 24 one time use points direct from Disney, can I still transfer points from another member in the same use year? Or do those 24 points count as my one transfer for the year? Thanks!

I don't think they count that as your transfer. At least I've never heard of it discussed that way.
