This was something I'm a bit disappointed in. Remember with the original AP program, you could pay off your entire trip in advance? Then, with BRP, you had to pay 1 night's deposit and pay balance at check in.
Well, since they went back to the old way, I thought I would call and ask if I could pay my balance off. No luck. Since it was booked online (which it actually wasn't, but the reservation begins with an "R", which translates to an online booking) you are still unable to pay balance off until arrival.
