My DF and I are going to Disney tomorrow. His son was supposed to come with us, but now is unable too. Should we just cancel him when we get there? Or should we just not bother alltogether.

Also, how much money would we be getting back if one person is a no show?
 
That happened to me and we didn't get anything back. I lost a lot of money.
 
I have the same situation with my brother in law, we leave in 2 weeks and he decided not to go. I'm just not going to say anything. It doesn't really matter.
