One Park Tickets to Hoppers?

Hi,

Hoping I can get a quick answer to this question (like tonight I hope )

If I buy a one day-one park ticket in the morning, can I decide later in the day that I would like a hopper ticket and pay the difference on the way in to California Adventure?

We are not sure if we will have enough time to do all that we want to do, so I think it makes sense to buy a one park ticket first and then decide how far along our plan we are before we commit another $20/pp.

I didn't know Disney had a one park ticket, but if they do it sounds like it can be done.

I know most of the other tickets can be upgraded, dont know why they wouldnt be. You can always ask at the time of purchase.
