Hi guys,

I'm saying off site but as a surprise for my Mum I'd like to book one night in a disney hotel. She loves Magic Kingdom and Boardwalk so I'm torn between the two. Also for a one night stay will we be eligible for magic bands and refillable mugs?

Thanks guys!

Yes. All Disney resort stays get Magic Bands. And you can buy a mug, although not sure it will pay off for a one-night stay.

yes to the magic bands - for the free refillable mugs you must do the dinning plan.

would go with the Polyn - the Mk is a monorail, boat or ferry ride away - Epcot (once you have walked to the TTC) is a monorail ride away.

Thanks so much! :)

You can buy a refillable mug without the dining plan.

Arguably, either way: Not free!

for one night the refillable mugs are not worth the price - think they are around $20 - and that price applies for one night or a week or more. It is cheaper to get the regular drink.

all the mk resort also have a DVC attachment - so it be cheaper for you to rent points (reservation) for that one night. PVB, GFV and CR (BLT) plus VWL
