THoughts:

I had braces for like a year, hated them.

Retainer for a lil while before that, and a night brace, too, YUCK.

Now i have a retainer but i never wear it. i wore it 2 nights ago (im supposed to wear it at night) and when i woke up my mouth was sooo sore because i hadnt worn it for so long.
