One interesting Alamo Experience

We've used Alamo now for 7 trips and had no problems. When we checked our cars in on Tues, we were charged $34 extra dollars in one SUV and the other was charged $18 for gas, when we both had the same reservation and drove the same route. Found out that my bro actually didn't fill the tank all the way so he was legetimatly charged extra and he takes the blame. But never did find out why the $34 was charged. We went and complained at the booth. The employee spent about 5 min. on the computer, credited us the $34, but never said why it charged us extra and not the other suv in our party. Anyway, it took a while, and was frustrating. Plus, the lady who ticketed us during drop-off, talked to us fine in English when she helped us, but when we got her back in the office to ask about the extra charges, wouldn't talk with us at all or even look at us, and then preceeded to talk rather angrily to the office employee about us in Spanish. I understand some Spanish and with her hand gestures figured out she was trying to explain her side of the story, but it was still very rude and unprofessional.

We'll opt for Magical Express next time!
