One day!

Okay, I am going to WDW in September. We fly in on Tuesday night and then we have to leave Thursday probably around noon. We are going to be there to get some details down for our wedding in WDW the following September.I am hoping we are going to be staying at CSR.

We basically have ONE full day in the parks. We are skipping Animal Kingdom for sure and going to Epcot for sure.
I have not been to WDW for about 6 years, so I am not up on where I should be eating.

Where do you think my fiance and I should eat? Is there something that we just can't miss?

If you only have one full day, maybe you should consider just getting quick service meals and snacks so you can spend your time walking around the parks. If you want a table service - do you want fancy or fun? If you go to HS, they have 50s Prime Time Cafe which is a really fun experience (or Sci Fi). If you want fancy - try Bistro in Paris. There are a ton of places in Epcot that cater to all tastes and dining experiences!

If I were you, I'd stick with quick service - there are some really yummy options out there. And if you do a sit down, I'd schedule it for the park you are going to be in (not at a resort hotel where the travel time will eat up part of your day).
