My DDad, DH, and DSister (20) want to go over to Universal Studios for a day. We have not been to the park since 2000, so I know a lot has changed. We will be staying at the Yacht Club. We are going Dec. 10-17 and they were thinking Dec. 14 (Tuesday). Here are my questions:

What will the crowds be like? Is a Tuesday an okay day to go?
What kind of travel plan should they use?
Do they need the Express passes?
Is the deal through wdwinfo.com with the ticket and transportation combined the best deal?

TIA for any help!

As far as early to mid-December goes...crowds are fairly light...historically anyway. I don't think they will need Express Plus passes but if the lines are too long for their tastes, they can purchase the EPs at either park.

Going on a Tuesday is the slowest time you could possibly go...mid-week is fine.

I'm not sure about the ticket deals since I have an annual pass but I would imagine any deal that includes transportation would be a pretty good deal.

It's going to be tough to do everything in both parks in a single day but if your group doesn't mind skipping some attractions, you should be OK.
