One day tickets - advance purchase vs at the gate?

Is there any $ difference between purchasing a one day ticket at the gate vs buying in advance online?

We have the date picked out, it's a value day. I figured we'd be at DTD the night before anyway and could just do it then, since I'll be using Disney gift cards, but wondered about any savings if we bought online.

If you're using gift cards and therefor buying a 1 day from Disney the price is the same and there's no additional privileges like MM to buying in advance. But if you have the ticket or voucher in hand you can go straight to the turnstiles, and with only 1 day you're usually better off skipping the ticket booths because the lines can be long, especially in the morning. If you have a Disney store nearby you can call them and see if they have any 1 day tickets in stock and purchase there in advance as well.

No savings online, just the convenience factor of not having to do it when you get there. If you're concerned about using your gift cards online, you can combine them at https://www.disneygiftcard.com/ under "manage cards" so then you only have one card number to enter when you purchase online. If your gift card doesn't cover the entire cost of your tickets then you can use a credit card to pay for the balance.
