One day in EPCOT-which day should I pick

I have one day to visit EPCOT next week and would like to go one of the last days of the Food & Wine Festival so...should I go Friday, Saturday Sunday or the last day on Monday the 10th?? I have been there many times in the past so know my way around and am actually visiting POR the following week. I was able to get a one day pass to any park before my visit and can think of many pros and cons to any one of those days. I figure the crowds are going to be very high any one of the days but any suggestions?? Weather looks like it is going to be pretty good and considering I am coming from a very cold Chicago anything over 40 will be wonderful! Thanks for the tips!!
