One bedroom question

I have friends going the World for the first time.

2 adults 3 kids. I would like to recommend to them to rent points.

What are the rules for the one bedrooms?

Are 5 allowed to stay? The Kids are 8 and two at 6.

Most of the 1 bedrooms accommodate 5. Try and stay in one of the resorts that have a sleeper chair in the living room. I know that OKW has them as does BLT. So that would be 2 in the master, 2 on sofa sleeper, 1 on sleeper chair.

All of the one bedrooms will allow 5 on the reservation,(except maybe AKV value) but the resorts that don't have the sleeper chair only provide towels and bedding for 4. When my 3 kids were younger they had no problem all sharing the fold out couch in the living room at SSR. An advantage to AKV Kidani and BLT is the extra bathroom in the 1 bedrooms. (These resorts also have the sleeper chair so there are 5 beds.) We just came back from OKW with 5 in a one bedroom and loved it. The 1 bedrooms are so spacious that we had plenty of space though we missed the extra bathroom we had when we stayed in Kidani 1 bedroom.

Couldn't agree more with the fact of the extra bathroom being an EXTREMELY helpful item!!! We typically travel with just 3 or 4 in our group and love the extra bathroom. Makes getting ready so much easier...not to mention those times when we all need to use the 'facilities' at the same time...then the extra bathroom is priceless!!!!

Hopefully, those friends aren't going any time soon, maybe not until after the first of the new year because booking for anything between now and then will be difficult.

With those ages, I'd definitely recommend a non-Value AKV, BLT, or OKW 1BR, for the sleeper chair. AKV-Kidani and BLT will have a second bathroom, as well.
