Thanks!Wonderful introductions of all of you; glad to learn a little more about Tracy.
Thanks, I feel a lot more like a report reader and writer right now, but it's not as exciting as the wrangler part of my job!I am loving the intros ladies. Tracy, you have quite the list of talents. I have to say that I've never met a caribou wrangler but now I can say that I have. Well, not actually met-met but you know what I mean. As an outdoorsy kind of gal, I can say that sounds like a cool job.
Of course, we can't leave out Judy's beautiful family. The descriptions were spot-on.![]()
Sorry to hear about medical issues Catherine is facing.Yes, I know it's been forever since I've posted on your thread--but I popped on your last thread only to be directed here...and what do I see? You get to go back in January!!!! How exciting!!
We also are trying to plan another trip, but we're in the midst of some discouraging medical issues with Catherine that need to be sorted out first. Maybe January will be our month to go as well?!
I've missed posting on the Dis, and keeping up with you, so I will do my best to keep up here!

Oh, Judy, your right you did share way more details I would have
Thanks Kathy.I knew Tracy wouldn't tell as much, so I thought I should.

Lol, sorry, I should have translated! It's funny the things the stick in the brain, eh?Love the intro's! Tracy I could have sworn you were saying something about pouring something that was instant (like coffee??) My dad is French but the only thing I know is Parle Vu France? That is so not spelled right lol!! I only learned that because my sister drilled it into my head when she took French in high school![]()
Love the photos! How great you got a private meeting, thanks for sharing!!!
As promised, I am going to post some pics here about our September trip to Florida, instead of doing a TR.

Thanks Tink, I do hope we can meet! I hope the crowds are good, but from what I can gather so far is we won't get FP+, but they are still rolling thing out. I have no problem with the old FP system but if we get FP+ and can get some good rides last minute that would be greatTracy, I look forward to learning more about you. And hopefully meeting you too!
January is a great time to go to Disney. Low crowds. A house will be so nice.
It will also be interesting to hear how FP+ works for people staying off property who are not annual passholders. (I assume it's available to everyone? Right? I haven't really been following along the FP+ threads, been following the DAS ones.)
Oh I'm so excited for you!! Special friends are a wonderful thing!
Hi Ladies!!
I'm so excited for everyone!!
I look forward to traveling along with you all!!
Ok, I am going to share a little bit more about myself. I have one older sister and an younger brother and sister. My sisters both have kids, I have 3 nieces and 1 nephew.
I have another nephew on the way. However he and my sister need some prayers! My sister is just going in for an emergency C-section. She lives in Alberta so I can't be with her right now. So I'm playing the waiting game. My brother-in-law is keeping me updated and I'll probably end up flying down sometime this week.
It was great to talk with you as well, I am glad you called.Judy, I'm sorry I missed this. Thanks so much for giving me the heads up this evening. It was nice talking with you. Great intros. I look forward to joining in.

Dear Ruth, zI am so happy you are here and you are so right about special friends, they make life complete!Oh I'm so excited for you!! Special friends are a wonderful thing!
That WAS David in the mirror.Fabulous pictures with Twinkle Hope. Looks like you were the only family there? There is a reflection of David and it looks like he is in the Magic Mirror.
I hope the family you gave the heads up to was able or will be able to see Twinkle Hope for their child's WISH trip.
Love the pictures of Twinkle Hope with the family. Lisa looks so happy.
Oh wow, I LOVED Celebration and it would be such a great dream to live there. The entire area was beautiful and we drooled over the pretty places (a little close to each other, but still loved them).I am so glad you got to see Celebration! Family friends of ours lived there for five years and we got to visit them a year ago. I loved it SO much, it's just so pretty there, so many great restaurants and cute stores!
Such a great meet and greet at GKTW! It must have been nice to be back![]()

I'm so excited for everyone!!
I look forward to traveling along with you all!!
Yes...Yes I did! BUT, you know I would NEVER tell anything you told me in confidence, so you never need to worry about that, as you know!Oh, Judy, your right you did share way more details I would have![]()
Judy, glad you got a better location of your villa.
And I love all of the pictures with Twinkle Hope. Very sweet.
I loved the meet and greet with the pony. My little pony was my daughter's favorite when she was little...she had a bunch of them. I was surprised to see how tall the girls have gotten nice your last trip. Rachel is taker than you now I think. They are so beautiful...lovely family!
I am glad you shared with everyone, you know I am praying for ALL of you!!!
Sending prayers for your sister and the new nephew.
Tracy: I hope all goes well with your sister and the new nephew.
Tracy prayers for you sister that everything goes okay and you get to see her and the baby soon.
Thanks you all, Emile was born this evening he is 980grams (2lbs, 2oz) mom and baby are doing ok.Tracy, praying for your sister and nephew. Have a safe flight.
Continued prayers for your dad, hope he can go home soonI am okay about the trip it is our decision not to go, the rest of the family is still going. My dad is doing okay, they took the chest tube out yesterday, but there is some fluid still around the lung. The only other option is surgery and they said as long as he is feeling fine they would rather not do that, since he has gotten really sick after the last 3 surgeries he has had. We are hoping he will get to come home sometime this week but it depends on what the lung doctor says. He is just ready to get home and we are ready to have him there. The one plus is this time he is in Columbia, only about 20 minutes from my house and before he was in Charleston which is over 2 hours away.

I am so sorry for your loss! Praying for your family.Your happy news was just what I needed to see this week. I am so happy for all of you. I was able to smile instead of cry for the first time in 3 days.
On Sunday one of my younger brothers was tragically killed in a hunting accident.

On Sunday one of my younger brothers was tragically killed in a hunting accident. He was hunting deer and somehow one of the other hunters shot him in the lower back. It hit the artery near the groin so he died very quickly. Needless to say my family is reeling and having the accident investigated by several agencies makes it worse. Even the federal agencies are involved because it happened on an Indian Reservation. Having this happen only 15 months after my Mom passing makes this that much harder to deal with. My brother was very aware of safety issues and took every precaution, been trained by master hunters and had 20 years of experience without any accidents . Unfortunately this time there was an inexperienced hunter with the group. My other siblings and I are being immersed into some of the Native American traditions as my sister-in-law is Native American and my brother embraced her traditions. It is a learning experience but one I'd gladly not have to go through.
Hopefully one day you will get to do just that!!I'm doing the best I can. I was given an ultimatum today by my Dr. Either slow down or she'll make me slow down!!!
She's positive we'll be able to keep my gestational diabetes in order with changing my diet so that's what I'm trying to do a little bit at a time between now and next week when I have my appointment with the nutritionist.
I love getting the kids to match but of course it doesn't always work out.Jeremy actually picked our Halloween them this year. He wanted to be Captain Hook and once James heard that he said he wanted to be Peter Pan. Took a little coaxing to get Sarah to agree but she didn't want to be Tinkerbell. So then the search was on for a Wendy costume which I got on Etsy. The lady did a great job on it!!
Hope you've had a great day!! Continued prayers for all!!
Hi Judy and Tracy! Just read the mutual intros - nice job!
Judy: I'm the shortest in my family but that's not hard to do!![]()
Thanks for sharing the MLP photos with the kids. The girls smooching li'l pony is cute. What a great surprise.
Tracy: I hope all goes well with your sister and the new nephew.
It IS nice to have something to look forward to in the hard times!! Before Lisa's wish trip we hadn't gone anywhere except hospitals and doctors for over four years. I can assure you, I truly think these extra trips since that time is what has helped keep Lisa's heart so amazingly stable. We were told she would need open heart surgery on her mitral valve before her 10th birthday when they implanted it at age 1. Then at age 5 we were told she needed surgery on her pulmonary aorta ASAP (cooler heads from CHOP prevailed) BUT, 5 years later Lisa is as stable as she is capable of being as we wait for open heart surgeries #4 and 5 and i DO believe that has a lot to do with the power of Disney!Tracy prayers for you sister that everything goes okay and you get to see her and the baby soon.
Judy I hope that Lisa's leg is doing better and all the kids are doing okay. It is nice to have something to look forward to during the hard times.
