One and Done Rides...

For me its the Finding Nemo ride at Epcot. For DH and I, we felt that is the most boring dark ride at WDW.

Also, I've been in the tea cups when I was child, but I have no intention on riding that ever again. I just know I would get way too dizzy way too quickly.

Stitch is one of mine....hate how the harness system really pushes down on you.

I have never attempted MS, too afraid that my stomach can't handle it, but for me TT was too much. Won't be doing that again. Just can't take that free fall!

Mission Space orange for me too. I was violently ill. I don't do well in simulators in general, and add in the gravitron action, and I was done for. In retrospect, I'm not even really sure why I even gave it one chance! The green side, I do all right if I take dramamine first.

Tower of Terror- the whole family agrees. We did it once and no one wants to repeat it. Younger DD was put off by the pre-show and theming, DH thinks his back/neck might never be the same if he chances it again!

Tomorrowland Speedway. I will jump in line if it is less than 20 minutes long, otherwise I can't justify my wait in the queue.

Expedition Everest. I can't handle any ride that goes backward even if it doesn't last long. However, I ride once each trip just so my DS can ride once since he's not old enough to ride without me. Ughh just the thought makes me kind of queasy even now.

I refuse to try Mission Space..I know better.

Kali River Rapids - no thanks to the water going everywhere !

Tomorrowland Speedway is the only thing I absolutely won't do. The fumes are horrible, and there is no excitement for anyone in our group.

There are several I wouldn't do if there was a line. Any of the ones like Astro Orbiters or the Goofy coaster, for instance.

Teacups (especially with any of my sons at the controls)
Astro Orbiter
Speedway
Golden Zephyr (CA)
Orange Stinger (CA)

Space Mountain... I was soooo sick after that ride. I also don't think I'll ride it's a small world ever again lol

I'd skip only Tomorrowland Speedway if I was solo at the parks. My kids like it though so I'm happy to let them drive and give me whiplash so I can see them smile. There's really no appeal for me beyond their happiness though. Too jerky, too slow, too hard for my short legs to press on that gas pedal the whole time.

7 Dwarfs Mine Train. Extremely tight and uncomfortable ride for those who are tall and/or a little wider than average. Not to mention that it is over before you can blink. Was worth it once to see the nice theming on the indoors parts, but not worth waiting in line for, or wasting a FP on in the future.

Soar'n is a one & done for me. I tried it a couple of times & I just don't understand why the waits are so incredibly long for this attraction.

Can't believe I forgot Tower of Terror. NEVER AGAIN. It brought me to tears, but hey at least I rode it once.

Space Mountain and RnR. I don't know if I'm too old or out of shape or what but I'm ok with not doing those again.

Dinosaur I'd do if the rest of the family wanted to but by myself I probably wouldn't.

Teacups and Star Tours both made me feel terribly sick. I won't even try the orange side of Mission: Space.

Also, Kali River Rapids. It's not a good enough ride to be soaked to the bone.
