One and Done Rides...

Stitch, 7 Dwarfs Mine Train, Bugs Life, taking the train to Rafiki's world, Nemo stage show, Toy Story Mania (if I didn't have a FP for it), and the Muppet theater show.

Animal Kingdom is a one and done for us, but only because the two things we would do again there doesn't justify the cost of going there.

Oh yeah! I forgot about Tower of Terror. I rode it exactly once on my very first day of my very first trip. Hated it. Came off in tears. Never again.

Kali River Rapids and Primeval Whirl. For Kali, I have no desire to get this wet again and walk around AK. Even in our ponchos we got drenched and truthfully I didn't think the ride was that great. It was so short a ride too that I was like, "that was it...it's over??" Not worth it. Primeval Whirl threw us around so much it hurt. It's violent and I hurt afterwards, not worth it.

Another that I could live without is Tomorrowland Speedway. DH and I rode it the first time this last trip as we'd always said we wanted to ride it but never did. So now that we've rode it, I'm ok with not riding it again. It's stinky, the gasoline smell bothers my asthma, and truthfully I think we're too old now to get down that low into the cars easily haha! Felt like an old lady trying to get into them and I'm sure it looked hilarious.

I had no intention of riding it. I had my daughter with me and she is in a wheelchair so the plan was to take her to the boarding area and then take the chicken exit. She begged me to go on it. We had a good laugh after it was done but it was terrifying.

At WDW:
One and done:
Astro Orbiter-Don't hate it. Just don't see the need to do it again.
Triceratops Spins-See Astro Orbiter
Mission Space Orange-Didn't make me sick, per se. But it did throw me off my game for about 60 minutes with cold sweat and general uneasiness. No desire to rinse and repeat.

Twenty and done:
Dinosaur-The last time I rode it, as I walked out I asked myself: "Why do I do that to myself?" and couldn't come up with a good reason.

At DLR-One and done:
Storybook Land Canal Boats- Really? Seriously? I waited an hour in the baking sun for that?

Here's another vote for Mission Space. I just don't need that sick feeling for the rest of the day.

Add to that, the Three Cabelleros in EPCOT (this ride just feels like wasted time) and the Jungle Cruise. I get that JC is a classic, but being cramped on that boat, hearing the same schtick each time...... I've got other things I'd rather do.

Tea cups I won't ride. Spinning really gets to me.

Soarin is the only ride I wouldn't ride again. I'm afraid of heights, and we were in the first row. As I was sitting there looking up at the screen I realized how high we were going to be. I'm a big guy and felt like I was going to fall out of my seat. I was holding on for my life lol. We all had a good laugh as I was trying to have a sense of humor, but was terrified. I would maybe try it again and ask for the last row.

Space mtn and mission space I don't have a desire to ride again, but if someone asked me I would.

PP we like, but would rather use FP elsewhere, and it's not worth the wait. so that's becoming a new non ride. 7d is short, but we like it so that's taking PP FP spot.

I rode Space Mountain once and that was enough. It was rough and my back was hurting for quite a while.
DH and I used to enjoy Mission Space but we've decided we've reached our limit.

I'm surprised at all the TT and Dinosaur hate - but I guess different strokes and all that.

At WDW:
Astro Orbiter - (due to the mandatory crowded elevator ride)
Pirates - (the MK version is just sad compared to DL and we got stuck for 20+ minutes last trip)
Buzz - (again, the MK version is just not that great when compared to DL - I can't really aim with the fixed guns)
Mission Space - (makes me ill and the enclosed quarters)
Star Tours (makes me ill, and I'm just not a Star Wars fan)

At DL:
Nemo's Subs - (snoozefest, and I'm just not convinced they could safely evacuate in the event of a fire on one of the subs)
Star Tours - (see above)
Mater's Junkyard Jamboree - (makes me dizzy, and I've heard a few stories of people/kids being injured on the safety bar)

Astro Orbiter. In all my previous trips I had never ridden it, so my last trip this past September I tried it. It was the longest wait I had for anything the whole trip and ended up being really anticlimactic. I realized I wasn't missing anything, lol.

Mission Space makes me sick. The other side is just boring. I'm not doing that again.

Tomrrowland Speedway is another that I just don't have an interest in doing. To me, it's neither thrilling nor entertaining so I'd rather spend my time doing something else. My daughter really likes it and my husband is more than happy to go on it with her while I get something to drink and go listen to Sonny Eclipse. If he was ever not with us, I'd take her on it, though. Can't say the same for Mission Space.

Can't believe I'm admitting this is public, but for me it's Haunted Mansion. :duck:Yes, I said it. One of the most iconic, classic rides that Walt Disney himself blessed and I am not interested. I rode it once in MK and once in DLR (to see the Hatbox Ghost) and I'm done. Our entire family is more than happy to skip HM! If we ever get back out to DLR during the holidays we would likely ride it to see the NBC overlay. Maybe.

Astro Orbiter (the definition of BORING)
Stitch (it's just nasty - but I will go if it's pouring rain & we need a place to hang out)
Primeval Whirl (kills my back)

Tomorrowland Speedway We have never been on it and don't plan on wasting our time.

Mission Space it is still a maybe. The ride usually makes me feel dizzy right after for a couple of minutes and then I am fine, but last time it lasted until next day. Maybe it was because we had a couple of drinks at F&W before riding it, but I don't plan to test that theory anytime soon.

Space Mountain is a one and done for me. I'm glad I rode it; the theming is a lot of fun, but the ride was rough, and uncomfortable for me. Felt like I was hanging on for dear life for two minutes! Definitely glad to say I rode it, though.

There are certain attractions I don't ride any more (Teacups, Space Mountain at MK, Tomorrowland Speedway, Kali, Matterhorn), but I've ridden them many times in the past.

The only attraction that was truly a One and Done was Country Bears. My parents and I walked out halfway through during our first visit in 1975, and I've never been back. Never subjected my daughters to it either.

Mission Space, claustrophobia and motion sickness kicked in my first and only time on that ride.
Space Mountain, and surprisingly enough RnR
Bad neck ache after. Glad I did it once but most likely never again!
